Good management, work life balance is good. HR policies are pro employees. Appraisal are fair/ subjective you will be rated on ur idea's, collaboration, agility etc. with your team mates and offcourse ur manager must remember at the time of appraisal. Else all this is a waste and will result in blame your manager.

Dislikes

Good people to work with but most of the time it happens that strategies changes very frequently. Which is not good for business point of views. They do not have work station post COVID-19. All are shutdown except owned properties. So either you have to work from home (operation) or you have to on field if in Sales and Marketing.
