There is nothing that i specifically like about working here at Mahindra, though from the first day you will be treated as a permanent employee but that is also one of the cheap HR trick, foe making your serve 90 days notice period as soon as you realise the work culture and repent your decision. Though, you will be permanent from day 1 but you will be eligible for all benefits after a year only wether its leaves or any other benefits. For an entire tear you will have to manage with 4 or 6 leaves. Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive. Company policies are good and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.I am so happy.
