No planned work. Always fire fighting work senario. Always meeting on evening 5/6-8. Every Friday evening you will receive urgent work. Most of immediate reporting boss first organisation is Mahindra, so don't have knowledge of handover work to new joiners (backup files relevant to the task). The culture of Mahindra Finance is not the same as it was earlier and that's why might be that the environment is not feasible for the employee here and due to this there is a lot of attrition in the Department.

While it comes to Mahindras health policy Quite happy with special sanction but Family insurance doesnot include parents ( We need to pay for the insurance) quite unhappy
