System of site documentation is quite good.

Worst place to work. From owner to site supervisor all team is only towards making money through non ethical ways. No engineering standards are followed during works. Too much expectations from such low salary. If you want only money with no self respect then you can join MRIPL. A non technical person, an data operator is on post of senior project manager and handling company in his non engineering ways.
