Work pressure is high to CR department, middle managers do not value experienced person strengths, they mostly try to unnoticed talent, create situation negative opinion about dislike person by manager to top management, egoistic nature which is pain sometimes and hurts personally which leads to take decision to quit out with fantastic organisation.
