They are not at all flexible for office timings, it's a family run business managed by consultants not much scope for your ideas. Small projects takes months to start and appraisals are poor.

I performed my role as a family member, I have been satisfied of my job, many times opportunities have been providing me to develop and prove myself in front of Managing Directors, Senior Leaders and as well as senior staff, consequently accept the challenges and developed accordingly.
