What I like about Company was it's earlier philosophy of creating disease free society. Product quality. Earlier way of giving importance to Ayurveda in ayurvedic way. Legacy of Maharishi Mahesh Yogi ...& Learning TM given at most importance. Late Anandji Srivastava ex chairman was inspiring whenever addressed meetings.

Management decisions taken without any logic. Employees fired without listening to them. Most of the time when festive season is around that's Diwali Dashhera, or when employee is in very much need of company support.
