They are not at all flexible for office timings, it's a family run business managed by consultants not much scope for your ideas. Small projects takes months to start and appraisals are poor.

I am working in this organization from last 4 years. coming with the company culture which is very positive and helping in every field. Working in the organization is full satisfactory related to work and the environment. All the employees are friendly and helping each other to achieve the goals. As far as for the personal development and skill enhancement company organize various trainings and seminars. Several opportunities were provided to prove myself and i deliver the best of mine, which help me motived myself and appreciated by the company in different ways. In the pandemic the company support the society and also their employees. The organization provided perks and growth according to their skills and working. I performed my role as a family member, I have been satisfied of my job, many times opportunities have been providing me to develop and prove myself in front of Managing Directors, Senior Leaders and as well as senior staff, consequently accept the challenges and developed accordingly.
