I am Monika working in the company since 23 years and completed such long span of my services in Maharishi Ayurveda flawlessly. Received so much respect, support and care from the Directors which I personally feel one cannot get in other Company's. Best place for females to work at MAPPL and get recognition and respect and understanding which is often missing at other workplaces. The Management people are so humble, down to earth, motivating and dynamic personalities that don't ever let you feel that you are an employee in their Company and whosoever has stepped in to the Company quickly gets adapted to the calmful work environment and would never feel to leave it due to its Culture, Values and Deep bonding's with each other. The Company's spends its own time by providing TM (Meditation) for the overall mental and physical development and balance at work to its employees which facility no where is found !! They are not at all flexible for office timings, it's a family run business managed by consultants not much scope for your ideas. Small projects takes months to start and appraisals are poor.
