All types of policies framed are thoughtfull..Organisational structure is quite good but promotional policy is not appropriate & hence talented officers are not being given proper justice..

Dislikes

Promotion policy is not at all good & hence talent is neglected at officer levels..Further managerial functions are not handled properly due to lack of knowledge with the main stream officers..

It is working for the grass root population of the state who is dependant on public transport.

Dislikes

Political interference at higher level, political decisions are taken which kills the business, Financial mis management at highest level.

Work Details

I joined as Jr. Depot Manager & retired as DY. General Manager .I loved my job like anything. I was transfered 20 times in my 32 years of carrier, but that gave me apportunity to see new places, meet people. I always got love from people, my staff .

Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
