Pay and perks are at lower when compared with the peers in private as well as public sector like NTPC, POWER GRID, TATA POWER, TORRENT POWER ETC.

The job is of challenging nature. I learn the work on job only. Due to more vacant posts, I have to look after the additional charge of vacant posts also. Overall working was interesting.
