1. Very slow growth or no growth though I was lucky 2. No skill development/training for new things 3. Mgt doesn't feel need to upgrade employee skills 4. Salary is almost 25% less than average mkt trend 5. Holding Employee salary (some portion) like a Guarantee 6. Top level team is so satisfied that they hardly leave org. Please don't join this company if you have an alternate job offer or not.Don't be confused with reputation and facilities provided by JSW group,,, This is managed by DP Jindal. Management has extremely harsh attitude towards employees, by the reason the employees turnover is very high.Pls be a ware of a 5 year bond and some % of basic salary deducted and kept as security deposit till 5 years which is never disclosed by HR dept</mark>.The living facilities are extremely bad like pegion holes which is worsely kept and for any repairs the employee need to pay money.The location of plant is extremely remote with very little shop facilities avialable( only 2 provision shop) for any thing else you need to order online.They have a very poorly managed hospital and for any problems you need to travel to panvel near Mumbai for any treatments, if you have a four wheeler its ok other wise you need to beg to the HR dept.The food provided in the mess is extremely bad and too much oily which is overcharged by the management and recovered from Employee salary . The promotion takes place in about 10 years with very less / no increments.There is a problem of salary holding of the respective month by the management as penalty for any mistake on the part of department like less sales, Employee turnover, machine breakdown, etc. which you may not be a part of it.Most of sundays you need to come....Read More
