This is a monopoly kind of a company and it has almost all the certifications. Some of the products are available only in this company across India.

Dislikes

Every body works for a money (salary) only in any company, here there is no such any standard date for salary credit, it may credit on 7th or 15th or 25th even after a month also. There is no increment or promotion regularly, occasionally it may happen like once in 3 or 4 years.

delay salary is major issue. not any fix date to credit salary. no any promotion policy there, employee's has been working since 15 to 20 year's and not get any promotion, skill development is zero. company culture also is not so good.

No work ,only whatsapp groups are here ..every department have 3 - 3 whatsapp groups do you even think that after machining of pipe at one section physical pipe inspection is done on the final table 😄 when it comes to bundle the pipe seriously nerd things . No work only hawabaazi at group taking credits no safety helmets provided by safety department even after joining of 2 months do you think what kind of safety company provides . No salary date is fixed even you have to do your lunch in 10 mins 💀 insane timing for lunch , if you are from a BA background person n not in a job n also have connection you will be placed at shop floor.
