delay salary is major issue. not any fix date to credit salary. no any promotion policy there, employee's has been working since 15 to 20 year's and not get any promotion, skill development is zero. company culture also is not so good.

The atmosphere and this area because it is a mountain, waterfall during rains, company tours and marketing every Sunday is good, the company thinks about its employees

There are no rules and regulations here, there are no seniors or juniors, there is arbitrariness everywhere, sometimes salary is held without reason, and there is no timing for salary, 8, 9, 10 or anything beyond, meaning there is no fix as to when it will come Meaning EMI person should not join because it will definitely bounce, rest you are intelligent
