College campus a nice , good strength of students, proving adequate AV aids, regular salary

Dislikes

No job security bcoz of principal involving personal issues in working time, very bossy nature which leads to pressure of work, involvement in personal problems, lack of communication, improper behaviour with the female staff (by principal)
