This company does not work on policies and proffesionalism, as long as you are good in pleasing them and doing gossips then you will be their favourites but when you dont do such things and do only work then you will be in their bad notes and they will show bad side of them. HR is the work people in bata office who only humilate and insult others plus keep on shouting with no reason. Because of HR manager rude behaviour and unproffesional atitude everyone is leaving from here. This company doesnot want to grow anymore, if the company owner really want to grow then he should fire current HR manager and hire some proffesional with good work ethics person for this role so they can sustain their growth....Read More
