Likes

No other college could be a better option to begin one's career. I got a lot of opportunities to perform in various fields. The workplace has actually groomed me up into a better person as well as professional.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow.

Work Details

I have done a variety of work there. I was an Assistant Professor therefore teachings. Then I got chance organise many cultural programmes. I have anchored in those activities. I got brilliant exposure there which really helped me in my career.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
