All about criteria at MAHARAJA INST. PVT.LTD. is very good.

Dislikes

nothing is dislike but working hour & pressure is very high when plant comessining level is peak time and other day monday to saturday but peak time is very painfull

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
