I was in finance dept - The company revolves around two arrogant people who can make your life hell. No Salary hike, no paid holidays, no mediclaim. Stay aware from this company.

The behaviour of people in the management is too downmarket. You can expect to hear any nonsense from them. They have no Class, Only Money!!!

Nothing new will come up. The leaders will tie you up in things which are not relevant at all. Some politicians have managed to survive there but the people who concentrate on work cannot survive.

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
