You will regret joining this company. Negatives are listed below: 1. No PF submission from past 1.5 years despite deduction from our salary. 2. Salary delay of 3 months 3. Sometimes you will see salary deduction without any reason. 4. No salary hike from past 4 years 5. No medical benefits despite amount deduction from our salary. 6. Unnecessary paper work. We will become a photocopy guy while keeping records of every document. 7. Totally unprofessional working style. 8. No skill training, no cafeteria, no transport or accommodation facilities, no health insurance, no team outing, no employees get together, just nothing.
