I worked here for almost 4 years. But from 2017 new management was horrific. They were not able to take decision & also always try to pass their mistake unto other. There is no such thing as succession planning or career development. Not even a good training programs for employees to develop their competencies. Even they always try to suck blood of employees time to time. There is no job security forget about work-life balance. Even they don't know right pay for right people. I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
