The process of the client company that we were handling there was a bit easy. The staff there was supportive.

Dislikes

There was voice and non-voice process both going on for the same client company when I was working there. The voice process was okay but non-voice process was a bit difficult. The staff was supportive, but due to only a few senior officials and more employees, it was difficult for them to clear our doubts or help us at the time of work<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Tenure security is not there as such processes can shut down any time (when they wont find enough workforce to provide service to the client company or meet the performance the client requires, they wont be able to last long)</mark>....Read More

My experience is average although I learnt a lot, but work-life balance working at a bpo is a bit difficult to do. But as this world is full of different people, I guess there are definitely people who can handle it better.
