I worked in Marelli for nearly 10 Yrs but post now new management is very strict and they are asking for quality and quantity in work product delivery, I was in comfort zone due to long time, I was leading Infotainment and Telematics team but due to lack of my skill set, Management forced me to put resignation and at last moment I got offer from one of Noida based company.
