Total decentralized control wrt resource hiring/ selection as well as control on field operations resulting into dictatorship approach within circles. Most of the field operations activities happen under pressure, resultantly field resources are not able to perform holistically with their natural ability. Circle leadership is not able to control Huge fuel pilferages at field level as well as at state level, reason being due to vetted interest, automation and site DG visibility is disturbed ,tampered and removed and since resources hired are by state leadership team, they are not able to take any action against culprit resources. People get good rating and promotions not by their qualification, ability and performance rather by pleading their bosses...Read More

Finished goods are at highest inventory level, payables are very high than receivables. Vendors, suppliers are cursing as outstanding is more than six months due. Management is literally queless as how to sell fabric. Have harassed and fired maximum people working prior joining of current management.
