Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Our company is open for all type of technology and the finest thing is that I'M the part of new products development team.So in this field im learning the lots of things in developing the product and installation of assembly line which is the exact work area of mine.where we are developing the total product from child part to its assembly with the overall equipment effectiveness calculations.

Up and down are part of graphs, no one can take it from that.simply I'm also tired of long working hours. Bcz of the project development is the field of this type of work style. Overall increment is also less.
