Magistral at times feels like a family. Now there are many companies out there that claim to be a Family, but Magistral actually feels like one. The Management is very caring starting from the very top. All the occasions are celebrated with lots of fanfare. Leave applications are never rejected. People leave for the day on time and at 6. No weekend's work. Salary is also very competitive.

Joining Magistral Consulting has been one of the best career decisions I’ve made. The leadership’s ability to balance professionalism with approachability is rare. Every day here feels purposeful – the work is challenging, but the constant support from colleagues makes it manageable. It’s a place where you’re encouraged to share ideas and take initiative.

With the pace of growth here, it’s easy to get so absorbed in learning that you forget to take time off – definitely something I need to work on.

Likes

Work life balance is good. Work is done in less than 8 hours. Everyone leaves by 6 PM and no one bothers anyone over the weekend. Learning is great with some Managers and clients. People and Management are supportive

Dislikes

There is no canteen. There is no pick and drop! After a while learning stops if you are on the same project. Salary varies for the people at the same levels.

Team discussions were so engaging that they often spilled over into lunch hours – not that I’m complaining!

Likes

Working here is quite fun as we have got some cool managers with whom you can communicate freely and learn from them. They are young therefore they guide in simplest manner possible and do not show their authority over analysts. Flexible working timings and days. 2 days wfh in a week is there so quite relaxing as well.

Dislikes

Less networking opportunities as everyone working here is young and has joined this firm directly from the campus.
