No job security. This is lala type company still i have not received my TA DA from the company and not received any expenses which i used for the company. In the covid period company fired many employees which are not confirmed and you have to work here like one man army.

Management is very young & dynamic , Incentive structure is really good and company is very well diversified now between AAC blocks , Panel, Construction Chemical & Precast . Even during COVID employees were not worried and were taken care off . Even after 14 years since inception it is still having a startup culture in its team

Dislikes

Work Load is always huge and not like MNC where they recruit three people for the work of one . Work Life Balance sometimes becomes difficult .
