It's better i mention "NA" here. Because liking in this company is not even applicable.

1. After hiring they take another round of interview , after they may ask you to leave on same day. HR will not tell you before. 2. They give target on daily basis if any chance you miss the target, they'll ask you to work on sunday also. Working 7 days here is very coman. 3. If you able to achive the target then only you'll get thetraveling allowance. Otherwise you need to travel on your pocket. 90% chances are there where you are putting you money. 4. Morning and evening calls everyday (on sundays also) are horrible. Abusive language is very common here. 5. Zero work life balance. 6. HR are here only for hiring and take you onboard. After this their role is over. After leaving the organisation you need to followup. Once hr mentioned when i asked for fnf and letter after 56 days "45 working days is been considered for fnf" she said. 7. Atlast, this is very unsecure job. The average working tenure of employees here is just 6 months. Not more than 6 months generally a employee works here. Either they ask for resign or employee leaves with frustration....Read More

Depends on department, can get work from home on nature of department. That's it some employee works totally Remote like no centralised rule, didn't even came atleast once since joining...HRs are good but didn't know why this inequality.

Dislikes

Employees who came regularly to office are underpaid and who works hybrid are offered extra remuneration for coming to 7 days, and employees working from office havecti bear every expenses on their own also with less salary. They are doing racism and I have started feeling inferior than others who work in hybrid. Inequality at its peak.
