Worked with samast technology been absolutely good to till now, job security is very satisfactory here, working with teams is a good experience, environment of samast platform is very easy adjustable, everyone comes with innovative ideas for company betterment always.

Work timing is not good of company and some policies of company that I don't like, company is decent but growth is slow.

Shift timing always extend by minimum 2 hours Force employees to work even on holidays Work life balance is pathetic Promotions are given not on the basis of performance. They want those employees to get promoted who always agrees with there seniors even when they are wrong( in hindi i should say inko chatukar log chahiye employee nahi)
