They are friendly but they are slow ,they have ego issues don't revert back ,I have so many proofs to take some of employees to take them to jail

Still didnt got full salary and not even and respect ful reply,I have so many proofs about some employees from the customer care to whom I can take to the jail I will wait and watch Mr anshu Sharma call me back and know the real fact

I appreciate my company decision, Magicpin accept Technology and Started Work from home. I worked around 1 Month . After that Company Stop this, but I glad that I worked 1 month during lockdown, My company gave salary on time. In this pandemic I saw that a lot of people lost his job Or didn't get salary. So I happy about my company because the support us and appreciate our hardwork.

First of all, In Magicpin there is very less career growth also company don't try to teach us other skill, I used to do same work. I saw that there is less opportunity for career growth

Magicpin is a free android app for discovering and earning great cashback . So my work was to educate customer about our services and try to convince him to use our service. I used to do very hardwork to achieve my target . My work is more challenging.

Undeserving and short sighted managers like Shubham Bisht and Raghavendra at my time of employment made my life hell at the company. They didn't even award me the decided salary and work certificate falsely citing my work to be unsatisfactory. Always seniors will tell you do resign and all either if you are doing hardwork they will not see that, if you are bd in this organisation than totally you will get disrespect the company is doing 12 months hiring if you are not doing the sale in one day 10k than your job will be in risk and they give only one week to proof yourselfwith very big targets.. and if. forget about wlb there is no life just work,you are put into tasks from day 1, with no proper kt nothing hire & fire culture, 6 days working but technically you are working 24*7, the system is all fcked up, and no automation. They just want sales that's it. Higher management will call even on off days and shout at you.

Depends on department, can get work from home on nature of department. That's it some employee works totally Remote like no centralised rule, didn't even came atleast once since joining...HRs are good but didn't know why this inequality.

Dislikes

Employees who came regularly to office are underpaid and who works hybrid are offered extra remuneration for coming to 7 days, and employees working from office havecti bear every expenses on their own also with less salary. They are doing racism and I have started feeling inferior than others who work in hybrid. Inequality at its peak.
