They will destroy your career once you accept their offer and put down your paper in current company. No proper management, no one to manage the office in short I haven’t seen such a mess inside any company. The worst part is HR specially Tanishka and other’s people they will follow up on you to join ASAP as they have follow their deadline and once you’re in no one care what you’re doing, are you reporting to the office or not. There is nothing to like about this company. Dreaming of competing with Zomato and Swiggy. It's like Alto comparing with Ferrari

Worst and ill-behaved managers. Attitude is on different level and they don't know how to behave and they expect you to upscale Magicpin more than Zomato and Swiggy. Overall I would suggest go and look for a different organization to work for...This is by far the worst startup with no clear picture and roadmap.

Depends on department, can get work from home on nature of department. That's it some employee works totally Remote like no centralised rule, didn't even came atleast once since joining...HRs are good but didn't know why this inequality.

Dislikes

Employees who came regularly to office are underpaid and who works hybrid are offered extra remuneration for coming to 7 days, and employees working from office havecti bear every expenses on their own also with less salary. They are doing racism and I have started feeling inferior than others who work in hybrid. Inequality at its peak.
