Depends on department, can get work from home on nature of department. That's it some employee works totally Remote like no centralised rule, didn't even came atleast once since joining...HRs are good but didn't know why this inequality.

Dislikes

Employees who came regularly to office are underpaid and who works hybrid are offered extra remuneration for coming to 7 days, and employees working from office havecti bear every expenses on their own also with less salary. They are doing racism and I have started feeling inferior than others who work in hybrid. Inequality at its peak.

There's no job security, and the sales pressure is extremely high. The market is very limited, but the sales targets are very high. As a result, people get frustrated and leave on their own. Additionally, new policies are added every month
