Company is good overall but my process (mystery calling )enviornment was not good.They are making there own unnecessary policies and rules, creating pressures to the employees so that they can leave the company .There is no increment in salary whether you are working with 2 or 3 year in the company.

HR WHO TAKES CARE OF MUMBAI AND Pune branch, Priya Al is biased and most importantly she isn't following any HR practices instead she ruins the company culture by playing devil's advocate to show that she is the one who can control evrything. She provokes people if she doesn't like any leaders she will provoke people under them to damage team and make sure to defame them. This lady should is just ruining the culture and branch can't grow dur to such idiot people. Senior leadership is very political and removes people for saving own job and reputation. Insane behaviour and unethical practices in terms of employees reimbursement. Unwanted pressure and no fixed framework. Immature decision making . While company says Monday to Friday on document they ask you to work on Saturday's too. Irrational behaviour and most insane people who manage these branches.
