For me everything is good like work culture I'm really happy with it. But some loope holes like lack of management which i see and face. Otherwise employees satisfaction is good not any hard rules, fluctuate culture i like it. Nee to work on there management and also in salary package plus incentive criteria. Overall i love Magicbrick being a employee. Thanks and regards Piyush Tyagi.

Dislikes

In dislike first of all i have to think because dislikes is not that much but some are like:- 1. Lack of management 2. Salary criteria is too low 3. Incentive criteria is also too low 4. No more because I'm happy overall with this company. 5. Working day's monday to Saturday need 2 off.

From PIP to Promotion – The Greatest Jugaad Story Ever!

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over. After a few months "Congrats on your Promotion!" Moral? Hard work is good. Smart work is better. But jugaad? Boss, that’s the best! Got a crazier PIP escape? Drop it below! 😂👇
