Worst experience. Too much politics. They don't believe in data but believe in verbal false information when time to appraisal. No work life balance and there is no transparancy in anything. Just doing politics. If you will not involve in there politics they try to destroy career with false information. No job security. Even they don't ready to listen your points to match with data to see work and performance. 1 month work in wrong project and false information about performance, they will forget 2 and half years of excellence and achievements of your contributions....Read More

Dislikes

Nothing, some persons who have reachablity to upper management they are playing politics all the time. They are always there to show false information by hiding real scrum board data. I requested to change my project and they take it as personal fight and tried to destroy many persons career with these kind of low level politics in workstations.

I believe they were hiring keeping some future project in mind , hence they were open to any salary . They did offer me a nice salary .

1. They have a tracking tool in place , which tracks all your activities . And they need 8 hours of productivity . And they have a list of productive tools / websites which are only considered productive . For example , they dont consider UDEMY as productive , so if u plan on learning new things for the project via udemy , thats notproductivity . Like wise for many useful sites , blogs etc . So completing 8 hours is a pain . 2. The upper management will talk nicely , and say we are always there , but when the time comes , u r not the priority , the client is . 3. Please do not get into pearson projects , they are all shit . They will make you do the BAKWASS work , and the pearson team will do all the smart work . 4. At the end i would say , just take the offer and make a counter somewhere else , dont join Magic . 5. Just another bol baccan company 6. I don't like the way they treat there employees especially at the time of appraisals, first they delay the appraisal cycle for 4-5 months every year and they rate you based on how you greet your managers or yours leads not on the basis for your work or any client appreciations.
