Mafatlal industry and management of industries don't support me in covid time Compan don't give full salary in end of month only they give 50% of salary So my total salary is 8000 and company give me 50% salary in covid time is -4000 And i will attend company 24 days in month With my private motorcycle from my vilage Dahevan thetotal distance between dahevan to nadiad is 65 km So i will travel 65 km up and 65 km down everyday the total value of 24 days of traveling and cost of petrol is 200 ruppes at last we calculate the money of petrol is 4800 ruppes for 24 days in covid time i will attend company to make loss of my own of 800 ruppes ,,,, For this problem i will discuss with the VP of industries, The manager of HR, The manager of digital printing,the management head ASHOK RAMDHAN, but every one can't take interest in my problam and also don't give me confirmation letter even i will complete my training period as per company rules At last mafatlal lal management is only think about him self they don't think about company employees,,,...Read More
