1,No management structure 2. All higher management resigning in 1 yr 3.will treat like labour 4. Notice period too long 90 days 5. Work quality is bad 6. If Ur a civil engineer u need to all electrical network activity.. if Ur network engineer u need to do civil works so seperate job description 7.mangment will not believe u 8. Will not pay subcontractors in time

Management is very worst. Not only focused in their point of view(profits). Also put some focus on the employees. Please Hire the candidates having relevant experience in it. Especially in Tendering dept very worst.

I like the project.

There is a lot of internal politics. The management doesn't address our issues and will consider keralite people to work as per their assigned job description. It's been more than 4 month the company haven't yet given job offer letter or official job description.

Work Details

The project they work is good. But there is no co ordination among the employees of higher level. Low level employees has to suffer for that.
