Dislikes

Gratuity is less and salary increment is also not satisfy as there is a discrimination from HR manager new staffs are getting more salary then old one. Welfare is also not satisfaction and there is not respect for staffs who is working on site.

My work was on offshore and I have to work continuous 11 hours no weekly day off, its a challenging job I have seen some of the scenario which still strikes in my mind during my job. But I love and enjoy my job.
