This is a very good company. I was working there as a factory accountant, through my tenure I enjoyed my work and the people of factory are very helpful. 1. Work Life balance is good 2.Work Culture is good 3. Systematic Work 4. HO People are also helpful. Given the opportunity i would like to work again with them.

Dislikes

The Corporate HR was not up to the mark. They always try to happy management. Though it is their job. But they are not bad either they will listen to you also. The Howrah Plant Manger is illiterate , maybe he has a degree but please teach how to talk without slang languages. Mr Brar who is the plant manger is not co operative. He should be changed.
