Good learning. Work environment was bearable because of teammates.

Dislikes

The earning is not as per the qualification (very low), hence company only take in freshers. The work pressure is high with very low level of transparency in the work flow (upgradation in the system are shared with the employees at late stages). No growth and no scope of improvement in work practice. Yearly appraisals, but if the person joins mid financial year then expect it to be after 1.5 year; or may does not even happen followed by misleading promises. The hierarchy of the company do not value an individuals' strength, capabilities and are advised to think inside the box as they can't appreciate 'outside the box' thinking. The department overall is undermined by the other departments in the organization. Mental satisfaction is hard to achieve in the company environment.
