Worst work experience in my career of 5 years , no value of employees, no value of your efforts , worst hr and upper management , upper authority thinks that clinic can be run by receptionist there is no need of doctor to run a clinic.

Company is taking lot of care of patients, Doctors are getting advanced knowledge on every new day.

Instead of encouraging me to improve my work I was so much pressurized by local ric head to increase business, I was always dominated in front of my clinic staff by ric head.

I was clinic head, I had to check patients, diagnose their disease, conduct stress test, counsel patients and their relatives about disease and treatment, advice them package and enroll them in package, take follow up of patients until they get cured.
