The skilled employees don't stay here due to toxic culture, which leads to constant vacancies. the company has poor management, with no clear policies or benefits. there's no leave policy, and instead of providing unpaid leave, they deduct money for it as the PL allowance and lol ! consider leave as part of CTC. No health insurance,Not pay Bonus yearly. But both amount deducted in the every month salary. The MD regularly introduces new rules that create toxic environment and increase employee frustration, focusing mostly on how to deduct salaries or delay payments intentionally. No one receives experience or relieving letters upon leaving the company. there is lack of professionalism, With employee being spoken in a rude and harsh manner, showing no respect to the employees. Employees are not provided with Offering, appointment letters, salary structures, or payslips. Although the company has potentials. the management extremely poor skilled employees are undervalued, The MD is an arrogant person, no fear of God whose words are treated as low, creating arbitrary rules. this is my honest review, which can help inform your decision before joining.
