- They provide on site food, outings, parties etc to blind you to the reality of the company. All these are secondary in your career. More important is job security, career opportunities & growth and your own self respect knowing you are valued. You are nothing but a use and throw resource here. - They boast about the company's culture, but the reality is - You are hired, overworked and then chucked out when no longer needed! - A confused, sinking ship. They don't know what they want. One month they promise employment benefits, next month they say hiring freeze, next quarter they hire rapidly with even recruitment drives, and the next quarter they lay off employees. - CEO is extremely partial to certain teams like tech teams, and disregards other teams.
