It's a fast pace environment so you learn, and learn quickly.

Company pivots a lot and doesn't like planning about it. Poor planning shows through out. Every project is treated like hackathon and they are surprised when it all looks hacks too. Company can benefit from some clear vision and management. Also, the woke posturing is only for the public out of the office.
