I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. A. MD's father is the actual boss. B. He gives lacture how to even have your food. C. Knows how to steal employees' hard earned salary D. If you leave them , forget benefits they would even make a stop payment request for your salary cheque. E. They will again go to LinkedIn and chase for years to see what are you doing in ur life.
