-You'll have ample opportunities for learning and developing your skills and personality. -There's a special emphasis on equality and good behaviour. -Business Partners across the organisation are supportive and encouraging. -Apart from this, its like every other big organisation with acceptance towards diverse cultures.

Dislikes

-Powerplay at the hands of Directors and above. -No Job Security at all. -Work-Life balance policy needs to be improved. -You won't be appreciated for disagreeing with senior leaders.

The company support innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I am happy that the company has good job security .Senior leadership supports employees.

Dislikes

Senior leadership is supportive but it depends on your manager. I felt their have been senarios where they are not appreciative of your efforts and I started loosing interest.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
