Want to say many things but unfortunately I prefer to stay quite. Macmillan is a multinational company but due to management it's name is going down...

One person is getting increment within 2months and at the same time other is be told to wait 9 months to get increment. That's what happens with me... I have shared my new doctor list with my manager many times but that never gets updated and after that I was blamed for not updating.... Management from top to lower is terrible.
