Terrible and Pathetic HR folks especially Pooja Srivastav and Garima Taneja (Director). they ask for all financial documents before rolling the offer and after getting the documents they don't offer, they treat with applicant rudely. They can't afford the applicants from good corporates as HR is very unsupportive and unprofessional.Please do not trust Pooja Srivastav - Manager and Garima Taneja (Diretor). before rolling out an offer they ask for references and when they call references than ask for written feedback for applicants from their official email id. if the candidate worked in the last organization for more than five years so how references would be able to give feedback in detail. they have their own policy and very unprofessional HR. Please humble request please do not appear for an interview, they are making fun of applicants during a covid pandemic....Read More

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
