Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over. It is a 100 year old company and doing well in its industry. It can do wonderful if employees issues are addressed. It can do wonders if worked like the Company's founder used to run.

Dislikes

Trust on Employees not there - HOD's not conveying good employees performance thereby delaying there confirmation and appraisal leading to huge attrition. Work family balance is also affected due to 9 + hours working on all six days. No Overtime incentive Nor Bonus Salary . People join here only when there is dearth of need of Job and when its near to their Home.
