Only one thing is salaries are getting late they will tell on 5th but salaries will get on 6th or 7th

My is work Java developer they have lot of projects and less work pressure and I am satisfied with this company

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
